IQC: Incoming raw material verification
Every raw material shipment (fibers, resins, friction modifiers, backing plate steel coils) undergoes spectrographic identity check, moisture testing, and sieve particle size analysis before warehouse release.

Quality management system
Operating under ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 management systems, our quality assurance framework integrates 4-tier inspection protocols, standardized control plans, full lot serialization, and strict engineering change control.

Each stage connects factory activity with the control point a professional buyer needs to verify.
Every raw material shipment (fibers, resins, friction modifiers, backing plate steel coils) undergoes spectrographic identity check, moisture testing, and sieve particle size analysis before warehouse release.

Real-time monitoring of automated weighing tolerance, mold press temperature, cycle time, curing oven thermal curves, and post-scorch surface integrity.

Optical CMM coordinate measuring machines check length, width, thickness, parallelism, and flatness. Destructive shear strength tests (ISO 6310) are sampled from each curing batch.

Final audit of laser marking clarity, anti-noise shim attachment, barcode scannability, box integrity, and periodic ASTM B117 salt-spray corrosion chamber testing.

Permanent laser markings on backing plates record part number, production date, and batch ID, enabling instant tracing from raw material lots to final shipping container.

Any adjustment to raw material suppliers, formulation chemistry, mold tooling, or production routing requires formal internal re-validation and prior customer notification.
