When you submit a request for quotation, we process the contact, company, market, product, quantity, destination, message and attachment information you choose to provide. We use it to evaluate your request, prepare a quotation, provide project support, maintain business records and protect the service from misuse.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, page performance and successful RFQ submissions. The RFQ analytics event contains only the HENGBRAKE inquiry reference and a lead category; it does not contain the contact details or files entered in the form.

Cookies and consent

Necessary website functions operate without optional analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Analytics only” or “Accept all”. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. Changing your choice affects future collection in that browser.

Sharing and international processing

RFQ information is available to the Heng Yu project team and service providers needed to operate the website and deliver the requested service. If you approve analytics, limited usage data may be processed by Google under its applicable service terms and privacy safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiries only for as long as reasonably needed for quotation, project follow-up, recordkeeping and legal obligations. We use access controls, transport encryption and restricted storage, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask the Heng Yu project team to access, correct or delete eligible inquiry information, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the contact information published on our Contact page and include the relevant RFQ reference where available.
