HENGBRAKE is the international export brand of Laizhou Heng Yu Friction Products Ltd., a brake pad manufacturer founded in 2012 and based in Laizhou, Shandong, China.
HENGBRAKE is the brand used by Laizhou Heng Yu Friction Products Ltd. for international customer development, technical project communication and export brake pad programs. All manufacturing, testing and quality documentation originate from the Heng Yu factory in Laizhou.
Laizhou Heng Yu Friction Products Ltd. was founded in 2012 and operates a 12,800㎡ manufacturing base specializing in the research, development and production of disc brake pads for passenger and commercial vehicles, with more than 2,000 product references in its tooling library.
Annual production capacity reaches 3.6 million sets. Products carry over 1,000 ECE R90 approved references and reach customers across more than 60 countries, supporting OEM, private-label and wholesale distribution programs.
The company holds IATF 16949 quality management system certification and is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, collaborating with national 211-engineering universities on friction material R&D. Product and compliance documentation includes ECE R90, AMECA, NSF (Level N & B) and CCC records.
